The move to digital integration

As a traditionally paper-heavy industry, we recognise the importance of reducing paper consumption. At NYX Dublin Sustainability, we're digitising the guest journey to lower our impact. We're working to reduce our footprint, from QR codes for room service menus to streamlined back-office operations.

How we are reducing our impact

Here are some of the ways we are reducing paper consumption:

Digital Integration: Utilising QR codes for room service menus.
Paperless Operations: Implementing e-check-ins, digital invoicing, and mobile "keys" ( coming soon with the new Leonardo hotels app )to eliminate the need for physical card sleeves and printed receipts.
Back-Office Efficiency: Setting all communal printers to "Double-Sided" by default and transitioning to cloud-based project management tools.
