Our Commitment
At NYX Dublin Sustainability, we are dedicated to environmental sustainability. Our program follows the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle hierarchy to minimise our carbon footprint. We aim to maintain the high standards of service our guests expect while making a positive impact.
Reducing Food Waste
Our most impactful initiative focuses on food waste. We are continually exploring innovative methods to reduce waste. While reducing plastic is vital, addressing food waste allows us to significantly improve our environmental impact. We are trying to approach clients that peak the interest for sustainable development
Reducing Paper Consumption
We're reducing our environmental impact by digitising the guest experience. QR codes are available for our room service menus. We're implementing e-check-ins, digital invoicing, and mobile "keys" (coming soon with the new Leonardo hotels app) to eliminate physical card sleeves and unnecessary paper use.
